​SCW Residents who are not current club members may audition.  Upon being offered any role, the resident must join the Theatre West Club per bylaws and Rec Center RR&P Policy.

First Round Audition:  

It will help you a lot if you do your homework in advance!

1. Prepare 1 or 2 Broadway-style songs (NOT FROM GUYS AND DOLLS) that showcases your vocal and performing abilities, is in your key and a legible copy of the sheet music (preferred).  We will have accompanist.  If you must bring a track, be sure it’s in your key and bring player/speaker for whatever medium you are using (disk/thumb drive, etc.). We will not accept an acapella audition. Consider what role you will be auditioning for. 

2. Bring your theatrical/performing resume or submit via "Audition Signup". 

3). We will also be conducting “cold readings” from the script.

Call Back Audition:

May include doing a song or song snippet from the show.  Encouraging auditioners to familiarize themselves with the music for the character(s) your interested in.
