2026 Board Elections
A call for additional candidates was made at the February 17th General Meeting, but no one came forward. Four candidates will appear on the ballot.
Online voting is available for members who are unable to attend the General Meeting in person on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Stardust Theatre in SCW.
PLEASE ATTEND THE 1:30pm MEETING on 3.17.26 at the Stardust Theatre to vote in person.
Process:
1). Online voting opens Sunday, March 15th, 2026 at 12pm MST. The blue button above will be activated.
2). Online voting will close automatically at 12:00 PM on March 17th, 2026. 48 hours are provided to cast your vote.
2). All online votes will be provided to the Nominating Committee, which will verify that each ballot reflects one vote per 2026 paid member.
3). Online votes will be combined with votes cast in person at the General Meeting on March 17th. One vote per member.
4). The nominating committee will validate participation quorum as required by the Bylaws.
5). The Nominating Committee will report election results at the March 17th meeting. Results will also be shared in a follow-up Member eNews announcement.
